Lead Senior Designer-CPG and Promotions in US and Canada
Paramount Consumer Products - Paramount Global Creative Group (Feb 17’- current) Leads Product and Packaging Creative Direction and Design, and all Retail and Marketing Design for the Health & Beauty, and Food & Beverage Divisions, in US and Canada, for all Paramount properties including products for adults, big kids, and preschool aged kids -Manages the creative for a 30+ million dollar CPG business, reviews and guides on new product and packaging design from over 125 CPG licensees (for ex: Wet n Wild Beauty, Kellanova, Ferrara, and many more) as the primary creative lead and aids in the development of 300+ skus per year -Works closely with the business teams within Paramount on new business development strategy -Provides product mock-ups and sets creative direction for monthly new business pitches -Collaborates with other teams within Paramount as well as external studios to ensure that each design meets brands standards. -Leads creative kick-off meetings with licensees for new product development -Leads marketing creative kick-offs and creative reviews for development of retail displays and signage, social media and influencer marketing and trade show and pop-up event development -Assists the global creative team in the creation of CPG global packaging guide design and development

DGL Toys - a Division of DGL Group (Feb 16’- Feb 17’) Senior Product and Packaging Designer/Product Manager-Kid’s Toy Division -Position entitled product management and packaging design for several girl’s and boy’s product brands -Worked directly with VP of Product Development and licensors on packaging and new concept development. -Managed project timelines and coordinated freelance designers -Created product photography and retouching for packaging and advertising -Created packaging mock-ups and display graphics for presentations and trade show displays and advertisements

MZ Berger & Co., Inc. - MZB Imagination Division (April 12’-March 14’) Product Designer - Girl’s Division (Craft & DIY Kits, Accessories, Home Decor, Stationary, and Toys) -Position entitled all stages of product design (hard and soft goods) and development from research to final product -Worked with outside licensors and brands (Crayola, Lisa Frank, One Direction, Disney) designed craft kits, toys, and stationary items for children and tweens. -Developed a private label Craft and DIY Kit Line for Walmart, worked directly with the VP of Product Development. -Designed packaging for all brands and created final mechanicals for production, worked daily with overseas factories -Communicated daily with factories overseas in regards to product production. -Attended trade shows and other events related to product design and development

-Position entitled all stages of product design and development from design research to final product -Worked with all company brands (Martha Stewart Crafts, Perler Beads, Jolee’s Jewels, Inkadinkado, Dimensions) creating craft tools and all other 3D products related to craft products for children and adults -Created technical drawings in 2D and 3D for production -Communicated daily with factories overseas in regards to materials, manufacturing, and design related issues -Communicated with other departments (marketing and packaging) in regards to final packaged product -Attended trade shows and other events related to product design and development

(Sept. 09’-April 10’) Lead Product and Packaging Designer - Perler Beads Brand. -Designed all product and packaging mechanicals for the Perler Beads brand of craft kits -Created models and wrote instructions for children’s craft kits, projects for brand website, and other promotional projects -Coordinated with product manager, compliance, and sourcing department as the creative brand lead -Coordinated with marketing department and assisted with product photography, designing product catalog, and promotional materials for trade shows
